Indian Oil Officers' Housing Co-operative Ltd. is a registered co-operative group housing society registered under Orissa Self Help Co-operative Act. 2001 (Orissa Act 4 of 2002) having its Registered Office at 1295, Forest Park, Bhubaneswar and Head Office at C/O-Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (RD), 2nd Floor, Samabaya Bhawan, Unit-IX, Janpath, Bhubaneswar-22, Odisha. The Co-operative Society was formed by the more than 100 officers of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. a Fortune 500 Central Public sector Undertaking.
The Society is governed by its Articles of Association. The Society is functioning by a nine member group of core committee / governing body. All the decisions are taken by the constituted governing body members or as down delegated by them within the powers entrusted by the Articles of Association of the society.
